PujanChapagain I build useful software for real people — web, Android, AI and real-time products.

My portfolio is built around working ideas, not decorative case studies. From team operations and diagnostics to expiry tracking, flood awareness and AI assistants, each product starts with a real problem and gets refined through hands-on testing.

Every app gets its own identity.

Six products, each presented around the experience it is designed to create. Hover, scroll and explore — the motion is part of the story, not decoration for decoration’s sake.

02 / HOW I BUILD
Working method

Problem first. Polish after proof.

The visual finish matters, but only after the workflow makes sense. I build in short loops: understand the problem, ship something usable, test the weak points, then refine.

01 / DEFINE

Find the real friction

Start with the frustrating moment the user actually experiences, not a feature wishlist.

02 / BUILD

Make a working version

Get the flow into a usable product quickly enough to learn what is wrong.

03 / TEST

Break the weak points

Use real devices, awkward states and edge cases instead of testing only the happy path.

04 / REFINE

Make it feel obvious

Remove unnecessary steps, improve feedback and make the useful action easier to reach.

03 / ABOUT
The developer

Hands-on from idea to test.

I like software that makes a real task feel simpler.

My work spans web applications, Android prototypes, real-time systems and hands-on product ideas. I stay close to the whole loop: product direction, interface decisions, implementation, testing and iteration.
